A overlooked entrance way to Atlantic City finally is finally being spruced up. Demolition of multiple seedy motels on Rte 322/40 in EHT began on Monday, June 29. Work will include knocking down five motels and one restaurant. EHT used grant money from the CRDA, Casino Reinvestment Development Authority to buy the properties and will apply those funds to demolition costs.
