At one time, ACR Energy Partners supplied expensive power to the former Revel Casino Resort. It’s alleged that ACR could charge above-market rates to Revel, and now Glen Straub, due to a variety of schrewd tactics by the energy company.
Look’s like Glenn Straub has had enough. The developer has now filed lawsuit demanding that ACR gets off his land that sits adjacent to the shuttered Revel.
