AC City Council introduced draft lease agreement with Bader Field Sports LLC. The company wants to redevelop the old BADER FIELD airport into a sports complex. Athletic fields, baseball soccer, etc
The proposed lease wants the company to pay the city 10 percent of the annual gross revenue. Construction starts in Spring, open by Fall 2016. But…..final approval is needed by the State Department of Environmental Protection, the city and the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority
Final terms of the deal are still being negotiated.
