The Army Corp of Engineers totally screwed up the Margate dune & beach project. That nightmare is still happening. But to be fair, the ACOE did a GREAT job of protecting property along Atlantic City’s Absecon Inlet.
This newly rebuilt portion of our Boardwalk will allow for a long walk, run or bike ride from Margate all the way to Gardners Basin and the Atlantic City Aquarium. Crazy that it took this long to fix this popular asset & attraction. Watch for Real Estate to really pop as this long needed project comes to a close over the next 12 months.
