The Bank is New York Mellon. They want a judge to compel Glenn Straub to pay up…..1 million clams…..complete with a 2 mil line of credit.
The Revel Casino has been shuttered since Sept. of 2014.
Straub bought the $2.4 billion property out of bankruptcy for a mere $82 million. We call that: you snooze … you loose. Straub wasn’t snoozing. To punish Straub for being a good capitalist, a small army of local, county & state leaders…along with some old school media properties, have tried to throw every roadblock in his way…..to no avail.
Straub say he’ll gladly pay his bill as soon as the on-the-verge of financial collapse; ACR Energy Partners…coughs up a valid bill and meter reading.
