Developer Signs Land Lease for Atlantic City ‘Polercoaster’.

Atlantic City is another step closer to having a so-called polercoaster on the Boardwalk. Joshua Wallack: a Florida developer, signed a lease for a pad of land on the site of the former Sands Atlantic City casino-hotel. The land is currently owned by Pinnacle Atlantic City. The lease is a “long-term land lease for many decades,” Wallack said.

Judge: Stockton Free to Sell Showboat Again. Straub Not Happy.

On Monday, August 10, a judge ruled that Stockton is now free to seek a new buyer for the former Showboat Casino property on the Atlantic City Boardwalk.
