Atlantic City is another step closer to having a so-called polercoaster on the Boardwalk. Joshua Wallack: a Florida developer, signed a lease for a pad of land on the site of the former Sands Atlantic City casino-hotel. The land is currently owned by Pinnacle Atlantic City.
