Atlantic City Boardwalk Committee Wants Less Noisy Bungalow Beach Bar

The Atlantic City Boardwalk Committee is seeking a less noisy beach bar. Sherrie Kendall, spokesperson for the committee reports that numerous steps have been taken to address the noise issue, specifically about loud music pumping from the popular Bungalow Beach Bar. Efforts have started to rescind legislation that exempt beach bars from current Atlantic City noise ordinances.

Judge: Birnbaum Stays for Now. Eminent Domain Case in Atlantic City.

State Judge Julio Mendez ruled against the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority’s (CRDA) plan to acquire the ‘Birnbaum’ property in Atlantic City.
