Bungalow Beer Garden on Atlantic City Boardwalk?

Imagine a cool, frosty beer garden on the Atlantic City Boardwalk. Site plans have been submitted to the CRDA for something called the BUNGALOW BIERGARTEN. Nice.

On April 6, attorneys for Dectrinity LLC requested preliminary and final site plan approval for their proposed beer garden on the Atlantic City Boardwalk. The issue will be discussed by all parties, and public comment heard, during the April 20 ‘Land Use Board’ meeting.

Casino Reinvestment Development Authority’s Director of Planning, Lance Landgraf, will then craft a ‘Hearing Officer Report’ to be presented and potentially approved, at the full CRDA Board meeting on May 16.

Dectrinity LLC wants to construct an open-air restaurant and bar… a beer garden on the Atlantic City Boardwalk.

The proposed beer garden would have tables, benches and bar seating for up to 322 guests. It may have an outdoor kitchen area, two bars, three propane fire pit areas, and a game area.

Bungalow Bier Garten on the Boardwalk? It may become part of the Atlantic City Tourism District.

Last year, this space adjacent to the Boardwalk, tried the concept of gourmet food trucks. That didn’t go over so well with adjacent eateries. After a few days, those tasty food trucks were no more.

BUNGALOW BIERGARTEN, an open air restaurant and bar nestled in between the Ritz Condominiums and the Bungalow Beach Bar. Shortly, all business owners within a 200 foot area, including those living at the Ritz, will be notified of the potential construction and new business.
