A long empty parcel of land along Atlantic City boardwalk and Inlet, could soon become the North Beach Mini Golf Club.
The NJ CRDA Casino Reinvestment Development Authority under pressure to develop long-empty land, some trapped inside their so-called ‘land bank’.
The property is located at 120 Euclid Avenue. Along the Inlet boardwalk. Near Altman Playground and the Absecon Lighthouse too.
North Beach Mini-Golf will connect to the recently rebuilt, Atlantic City’ Inlet Boardwalk .
North Beach Mini Golf Club will feature an 18-hole, miniature golf course. The attraction would be constructed on a deck that connects to the boardwalk ramp.
Summertime bike rentals will be available.
Open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Atlantic City, a non-gaming attraction,” the application says.
North Beach Mini Golf Club views the location as offering great potential for success.
North Beach Mini Golf could be another, desperately needed, non-gaming attraction in Atlantic City. Fingers crossed.
These rendering are attached to the application to the CRDA, Casino Reinvestment Development Authority.
Developer will need variances to move the project forward. Recreation is currently banned under current zoning rules. Lot size will also need review.
The CRDA will soon consider the application. The lack of limited parking will certainly need review.
North Beach Mini Golf & Bike Rental could be open by Summer 2021.

I think it’s a great idea for a golf miniature golf on the boardwalk but please don’t forget the bathrooms I also think you should put a sprinkle park like as bury park for little kids make it family friendly. Is Showboat still putting up a water park that would be a great thing the city needs all these things
