A proposed 81,000-square-foot indoor water park would be main focal point.

The huge waterpark would be built on a surface parking lot formerly used for the Atlantic Club. Operating as a year-round attraction, the water park would include a surf area, a wave pool and water slides.

Another indoor water park would be more adult focused. It would be on the Boardwalk side and would feature swim-up bars. Beachfront bars and restaurants would operate year-round. There would be no casino gambling.
