New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy is living up to his campaign promises. He’s a man of his word.
Murphy signed legislation mandating that every NJ school in the state teach students about “the political, economic, and social contributions” of LGBTQ. The law starts in the 2020-21 school year.
All NJ curriculum and text books must include contributions made by those considered LGBTQ; Lesbian, Gay, Bi-Sexual, Transexual or Queer.

New Jersey residents and those born here, now have the choice of selecting a gender-neutral option on their birth certificates. In NJ, we now have 3 birth certificate gender options: “female, male, or undesignated/nonbinary.”
New Jersey is now the fourth state to add the gender-neutral option on birth certificates. NJ joins Oregon, California and Washington. New York City has just enacted such a law. Some states already allow gender-neutral driver’s licenses.
“Having a gender-neutral option will now give thousands of people in the state of New Jersey the power to self-identify,” said a Transgender Advocacy Group.
New Jersey is now the second state, after California, that mandate schools to adopt an LGBTQ-inclusive curriculum.
New Jersey Dems & Murphy still pushing for hundreds of thousands of undocumented immigrants living in NJ, to get drivers licenses. So far, Murphy has been unsuccessful.
NJ will join California and New York in protecting undocumented and illegal aliens using taxpayer-funded legal aid.
Those living in New Jersey illegally, will soon benefit from $2.1 million in state funds.
The State of NJ has created a $2.1 million legal defense fund for illegal immigrants. This is the largest initial investment for illegal immigrant detainees of any state.
