Atlantic City’s Lower Chelsea is a beautiful, ocean side neighborhood right next to Ventnor. Large homes and walking distance to beach. Residents love it’s relatively quiet vibe.

Lately, Lower Chelsea is very popular with investors looking to convert homes into short-term rental operations.

Carol Ruffo, president of Chelsea Neighborhood Assn says these short term rental properties are having a negative impact on this part of the city.
