After Year-Long Shut Down, Chelsea Pub Readies for Return

After a substantial cash infusion that funded a face lift and roof repairs, one of Atlantic City’s most iconic bars, the Chelsea Pub, is set to re-open. A change in ownership led to its closing in June 2017.

The new owner of Chelsea Pub is Zach Truppos.

Chelsea Pub is steps from the Tropicana Casino, on Morris Ave between Pacific and Atlantic. Just two blocks off the Boardwalk.

  • Bathrooms and the kitchen
  • Bar resurfacing
  • New tables and lighting
  • Plumbing replaced
  • Roof has been fixed.

The Chelsea Pub’s patio bar will feature tables with umbrellas. Music will be pumped in to liven up the outdoor seating area.

The Pub has a small inn above. New furnishings like bedding, as well as upgraded lighting and fresh paint are a welcome addition to this classic Atlantic City destination.
