BB Does AC. Again. Bart Blatstein opens the checkbook and places another bet on Atlantic City’s rebound. The Philly based developer is buying the former Showboat casino property from Stockton University for a scant $22 million.
The sale to Blatstein’s Tower Investments Inc., is scheduled to close Nov. 9., and will add to his seaside portfolio that includes The Playground at Caesars Pier.
