  • Meet AC org has a $7 million budget. Their job is to attract conventions to Atlantic City. Poor ROI.
  • Boardwalk Hall & Convention Center lose $20 million a year. Funded by AC’s luxury tax.
  • DCA trying to shut down Irish Pub? Allegations of harassment.
  • Extra dark at night, due to lack of street lights. Especially at Tanger Outlets. Real dark. Heavy car traffic.
  • Risky to walk along Pacific Ave, beach block between Tropicana and Caesars

The concept/threat of re-development. Sometimes used for the wrong reasons. Pressure, harass, lien properties, grab cheap land. BEWARE: Tax-paying homeowners that reside within AC’s Tourism District.
