Trump Plaza garage. City has interest in lease/purchase. Trump Plaza needs a lot of work. Might it eventually be knocked down?
According to Gardners Basin board…..some new events are being planned for 2015. Old School concerts to return as well. Looking forward to some new exhibits inside the aquarium. Scales Restaurants will add another food truck…in addition to the two already there.
Adjacent to Gardners Basin is the Caspian Point property. We hear that the owner of that property is in jail? The City of Atlantic City wants to buy these 20 acres that could be joined to the rest of Gardners Basin which occupies land that once was home to the old Starns & trolley barn.
Seawall / boardwalk re-build project will begin in few weeks, and should be finished by Summer of 2017.
PLAYGROUND, inside the old Pier at Caesars

- T-Street to feature various bars / clubs focused on music. (Think Nashville Music Row)
